• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes, shipping rates are unfortunately higher but we will ship overseas. As noted below, we do not collect EU VAT and any order from a customer in the EU will be responsible for paying it themselves on arrival.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Do we collect EU VAT?

  No, we do not collect EU VAT. Starting July 1, 2021, the EU requires payment of VAT on any order, no matter how small. The customer will be required to pay VAT on arrival according to their own country rules.

  We are just too small and do not receive enough EU orders to organize a VAT on our end.

• What is Storenvy?

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
